Tinbot Technology GmbH was established in Germany in 2017, specializing in high quality electric scooters and other electric vehicles. Later in the year, Tinbot joined forces with Jiangsu Keyroad Transportation Technology Co, and KOLLTER Electric Motorcycles was born.

In December 2017, KOLLTER launched the first urban sports lithium straddle bike, E-SUM, at the Milan show in Italy, and sold it globally, aiming to become the most suitable urban sports vehicle for young people in the world. At present, the power section of our electric motorcycle is self-developed and designed with patents. Compared with the products of the same type on the market, our power is more stronger, the battery life is longer, and solved the problem of low mileage of electric vehicles. The specially developed APP system provides more intelligent and personalized services for the motorcycle.
ES1 was initially introduced to the European market in 2019 under three OEM names Tinbot , Horwin , Artisan both in off-road and city versions. The difference, however with earlier versions is that the new 2021 US version is more then twice powerful than 2019 version, its speed is up to72Mph controller by updated 320A FOC Vector controller compared to 110A SineWave controller and 35Mph for the previous version and instead off one has two 4.7KWH removable batteries working in parallel . The two batteries make its range for off-road and the road version up to 75 city miles and can be charged for less than 4 Hrs.
